I'm a broker in Illinois and I saw this old post and wonder would you be interested in a 200+ unit complex more the style of homes that your used to.

Even the idea of college didn't feel right, although I have already been admitted and will be in a dorm with a stranger not 30 days from now.At orientation we played a get-to-know-you game where a question ball was passed around.

A personal home is a life style choice not an investment therefore you are the only one that knows what you want to do.

This would be the perfect house for a small family as you'd be in walking distance from the Fox School District and other family-oriented amenities. 

You can  also filter photos by room, style, etc, to get some ideas going.

Hey everyone, I'm a contractor based in Oklahoma City, I have a small company specializing in a new style of cast in place concrete counter tops.  

Ask Ask Ask questions.Once you get an idea what area of RE fits your style and resources(time, money/credit, education/knowledge), find someone that is successful in that niche.  

The house next door, which is a similar style, has 1 less bedroom, 1 less bathroom and no pool, sold a few months ago for $705k.

This property is in a blue collar college town, and the three upstairs units are dorm/efficiency style so they are like studios that share one bathroom.

I find this a disadvantage for myself because my marketing is more of a "im not a real estate agent" style message.
