Then again, in some markets (like ours) there are bidding wars even for all cash properties that won't go conventional.

A few war zones may work in that price point but even those are limited today. 

Every war human kind has ever known, rise and fall of governments, empires, countries and conquerors.

Would love any information on what cities, or zip codes, that are doing well and are not war zones.

I'm a little outside of Sacramento, but my neighbor's house was just recently listed and it went in 3 days, also had numerous offers, and they ended up accepting one for $50k over asking. 

My primary marketing strategy has been craigslist and Facebook marketplace, while I have some seen some interest through these, there are numerous other listings that are slightly cheaper and in better areas.

With the bidding war currently going on here, I'm hoping to sell in the $315K-320K range pretty easily.

Having reserves and cash in a war chest is a great thing right now considering the prices in our markets and turbulence of our government forbearance policies.  

If you're looking to invest around SLC you need a decent war chest. $25-$50k over asking price, huge amounts of cash needed over appraised value, and hard earnest money upon acceptance are all pretty common (and ridiculous) plays right now.
