The only downfall is the possibility of trees falling over and blocking the way as its a rather narrow crushed rock road leading back to the house. 

Have you searched out neighborhoods on the real estate listing portals to narrow down the neighborhoods you're considering?

Im just very hungry for any knowledge that will help me narrow my search.

Once you have an idea of who you want to work with (vetted and narrowed down to one or two providers) fly out and meet them, take a look at their inventory, drive around those neighborhoods at night, etc.

However, B and C class properties are your bread and butter type properties that will always rent.

If you get wishy-washy answers to they need to 'get back to you', that's not a good sign.Once you have narrowed down your best options to your top one or two, make the trip out to meet them.

Narrow down up to three cities/regions where you would like to invest in and stick to those three areas.
