I know this is in large part due to the strong Denver market, but pricing a property correctly is also a huge component.Just remember, without the MLS (at least in our market), you are only exposing your property to a small percentage of potential buyers - multiple offers = strong negotiation platform.

I was very close to buying and renovating mobile homes in Killeen to rent out to soldiers and families.

How mobil is this mobile home?

After 10 years with apartments, we got burnt out and moved on to mobile home parks.

A group of neighbors and myself from the 30316 zip helped to defeat this cityhood proposal in 2016, and we are now mobilizing to fight them again.

I'm not sure if I should focus on a duplex, triplex, 4plex, mobile home park, etc....?
