@Tyler DavisWell....there is a lot happening in Nashville at the moment.The biggest talking point for the better half of the year has been the new Titans stadium and the East bank.

They are great deals in markets like this, but if you get in a bad neighborhood, you can loose a lot.

Do you have a nice amount saved up for the activities you enjoy(I assume yes given a 30+ year in Tech plus you mentioning making lots of money already in real estate).If that is the case, what are you looking to achieve now within real estate?

What you see on zillow is normal for this time of year for any part of KC. 

Pay to have a GC walk with you to understand the scope of work needed for deals.

That might create some tax issue/book keeping complication.If @Brandon Hall is around, he may be able to clarify if this transferring of funds is a nonissue or a big deal.

Of course, some of the potential tenants want flexible terms at start to get themselves set up in the space.
