I really do think "house hacking" - people buying their first home and living in one unit renting the other 1-3 is here to stay and will become a bigger and bigger trend in the next few years - should push up values medium/long-term in the niche

One unit is updated and the other would need to be updated while we are living in it.

There are very few that actually earn a living, and even fewer that make good money.

I did however decide to jump into the more active side with a live in flip.

Hello, I currently live in California and have been successfully managing my multiple properties in the Frisco (Texas) area for the last 3 years.

Just wanted to check opinions if it's going to be too small or should I just do decent size 1 bedroom with living space.

I lived in Bartow for a few years, and it has grown immensely in just the last few years.

The mom lived in one side and the son and his family lived in the other.
