This tree engulfing neighbors foundation and roof is bothering me after insite inspecting

I'm looking for someone who can inspect / treat termite damage in a Chicago rental.

You just need to plan for the inspection -- that is where most people complain. 

You will inspect the day of closing; the house must be empty...Please get creative deal education. 

-Quarterly inspections were non-existent until you ask then they do it the next day  I’ve been managing for past 2 years…  Even when I was in Florida and pregnant, I never experienced the type of headaches like I did with these PM companies.

Do not return any deposit until keys are returned and you've inspected the place.

With my listing agent, we did a quick inspection of one of the units prior to listing, and even though this tenant never misses a payment, we saw an absolute mess.

Hi BP,I just did a cash out refinance on my property that is supposedly worth $350k (waiting for appraisal inspection next week).

We have managed to have 2 houses now under contract but one fell apart due to inspection red flags, and the other fell apart because it didn't appraise for what we were willing to pay for it and the seller wouldn't come down at all.

Very clean and tidy.If you're the one that finds the deal, negotiates the deal, coordinates inspections, and does all the work to bring this to closing, then you should pay yourself for that work (typically a percent of the purchase price).
