I am a mechanical engineer with a background in high-end automotive industry flipping cars which to be honest is a lot like real estate just a little more aggressive and dealing with people is different.

Hi,I would appreciate a reference for a good and honest handyman who does work in Riverside county in Southern California.

I had a seller that kept avoiding answering that and I just said I have been doing this for quite a while now and when someone avoids answering that question they are usually honest people and are embarrassed about something.

I have never been a member of any other social media, forum, blog what-have-you.Part of it is that I just haven't had the time, but to be honest I never found a community I jived with enough to participate in.

Let's be honest, it's HIGHLY UNLIKELY this thing is worth $155k.
