Youtube University lol!

I currently work full time as a Construction Project Manager, I have a BS degree in Construction Engineering from the University of Akron and worked for a national home builder while attending college.

University towns are always a good bet.

My son is going to the University of Florida this fall.

Tight market, so could go for $1550/975+ Separately metered for gas/electricMaster water meter (considering a submeter)1 block to active, desirable downtown area & close to university.

I spent about $40K on a private University back in 84 and have since payed off my loans, well worth what I made since.

Overall, my goal is to have a good return on my money by keeping a house that I have made some instant equity in from the rehab, but I don't want to see my cash flow drop from $300 a month to negative $300 a month just due to a big corporation like Lloyd's, the Federal government, or global warming.

I am starting my BS in Real Estate through Marylhurst University next month.
