I told the listing agent to contact me if it fell through and fortunately, it did!

I actually went one step farther and spent a small fortune on a Kiyosaki seminar back in 2004. 

Fortunately I had pulled a little extra out of my 401K!!!

Michigan is one of the areas I'm looking at for RE investing...perhaps we'll have the fortune of working together in the future.

I've been very fortunate to have developed a great team over the past decade and each person brings added value to the table, but if I had to identify one person who is the most valuable it is unquestionably my property manager.

Fortunately, he informed me that my project was just under the threshold for full market value reassessment, but my taxes will be going up based on cost of project.
