Hello. I am new to Bigger Pockets and new to Real Estate Investing. I am interested in Buy & Hold and BRRRR investing in small multi-family properties. The areas I am focusing on are in Mid-Michigan (Saginaw, Genesee, Bay Counties) primarily. I am hoping to connect with other like minded individuals in my area.
