I wonder how the crowd funders handle this.. you have so many little slivers of investors in each loan.. do they do a cash call to pay for this or is it expected for the crowdfunding Portal to step up.I could see a reverse run on the bank were a portal may not have the means or may NOT WANT to be front huge dollars to foreclose.. then leaving all these little investors to fight it out..
