@Cody WilsonAs noted, what you seek is entirely out of the question.As a disqualified party to your IRA, you may not personally transact with the IRA in any fashion. 

In my case,  FIRST they had to get through the house trap (Circa 1912 urban American Foursquare).   

Account ClosedThanks for the kind words.Brokering in a compliant fashion is a whole other animal than what you're doing .You're only an individual note buyer, what I was referring to was a brokering note business.

If they insist it won't reach baking temperatures - oven temperatures are known to vary wildly, especially if it's not a convection oven - I would agree to cover the cost of a repair technician if there is a problem found, and charge them if no problem is found - or reimburse them in a similar fashion. 

My family lends money to each other sometimes and the few times I have seen it has worked rather nicely they get paid back in a timely fashion.

Just my opinion but I dont see how legal documents can’t be systemized in the same fashion.

Sure, it is simpler to use leverage in a SoloK when that is an option, but an IRA can successfully use leverage too.Have you spoken with the primary non-recourse lenders; First Western Federal Savings and North American Savings Bank? 

Do you know if most American investors buy through a corporation, or as an individual?
