Hi friends,

I just bought a flip property and need strong recommendations of contractors who can manage the project.

• Someone with experience working with investors/flippers
• Provides good quality work in a timely fashion and is professional to deal with
• Property: Single family, 1500 sqft.
• Location: Kent, WA (South King county/Greater Seattle area)
• High level scope: Cosmetics + adding 1 bathroom
• Availability: Starting December end/Jan 1st week; About 45-60 days of work
