It usually takes the sheriff about a week to show up and escort them out.Landlords are required to store tenants belongings left behind for 60 days and to surrender them to the tenant when asked for them.

Anyone can go through the motions of punching buttons and using your credit card but few put the necessary thought into writing the operating agreement.  

Yes I do have to use the correct card when making purchases, and sometimes have to do separate transactions.

I'm new enough I don't even have a business card so I imagine I left with not many people getting my contact info.Its good to hear that they at least exist, and I imagine any good neighborhood turnkey in our area is going to be pricey.  

My credit card was charged on 4/27/16.
