when the AI able to read deed record they should be able to calculate this more comprehensibly, some software even without AI can already do the above.

One question is, I didn't do comprehensive analysis of national wide, so not sure if Overland Park is a good place to start with.

I have read many economy comprehension books (past, current and future economy), because I got tired of feeling like the economy is complicated and tough to understand- it's not all that complicated once you understand it.
