SO THE QUESTION: When the owners of a house accept your offer and you sign the house under your name to flip it, even tho you signed, are you able to get out of the contract before closing? 

I'm also looking to do some flips, but my primary focus is BRRRR.Thanks!

Morning,I purchased a property to flip and have to pulled permits for general rehab electrical, stucco, framing, plumbing and I am adding on another bedroom.In order to get the project moving I used owner / builder to pull permits.  

Unfortunately, you've had it tested and now you probably have to disclose it if you plan on flipping the house.

In his YouTube videos he makes it seem so simple to find a house with equity then quickly flip it to purchase another house.
