@Sanjeev Kumar I can only speak about the areas I have worked in and from my experience the KC market along with OH has been great in getting double-digit returns.

Fidelity is probably now going to require the wet signed copy to be certain.Often recordings are digital and no human eyes inspecting the written words. 

Can I put a security camera in the common areas that would be recording and could be referred to if there was an incident (clearly marked and disclosed to guests)?

I'd also plaster signs outside that there are cameras watching them. 

Consider painting the window trim black as well but try it out on a digital platform first to make sure it doesn’t look off with the white window frame.

@Henry Lazerow Banking apps use your camera to take the photo so trying to use a texted picture is not going to work.

Do you have camera's on them recording everything going on there.   

Do you guys keep the checks, digital copy then discard, or as soon as its approved you shred it?
