I made my first purchase without much education or number crunching, so I definitely don't want to make that mistake again!

Builders are definitely trying to gobble up land.

I'm definitely overwhelmed at this point with trying to get the business setup.

Haven't thought about a lower vacancy rate, I'll take that into consideration.To your point about COCR with house hacking, I definitely agree that the money you are saving is a huge part of this picture that isn't exactly recorded on the biggerpockets calculators. 

So nothing too exciting but definitely a few ends under my belt. 

If you are going to continue to purchase more properties and to build your portfolio, in my opinion, the LLC is the best path forward.

Definitely something I've thought about.

And if you'll get discouraged by waiting to save up more money and won't end up doing anything, then definitely buy something now, get the ball rolling and build up again from that.

And definitely keep the first place.
