After diving deeper into the forces driving the current state of the market, I continue to ask myself the following questions;  -What is propelling this surge in value?

I'm an investor in Dallas that has been flipping casually for about 15 years, but beginning to take our business to the next level. 

A good teacher is able to overcome his curse of knowledge and bring ideas that seem simple to him, yet are complex to the learner, to a level that conveys a happy medium.

Financially, I am fairly stable with strong credit (730+), and working a entry level tech recruiting job allowing me to save roughly a quarter of my salary after bills, entertainment, and etc.

I was just suggesting that the rent level as an initial filter. 

It'll be a job but at a business owner level and not doing the technical work. 

I don't see any local level risk that is going to impact Kansas City negatively in a major way.

They all will offer different types and levels of services depending on what you're looking for. 

You should not discount it entirely but you do need to dig deeper.
