They may not be the same agents that you want to go to for purchase if they deal mostly in rentals.Note that the difference in pricing in student areas can also be due to furnished vs unfurnished rentals. online rental databases don't distinguish between the two.

So our goal is to acquire the home/office addresses for owners of facilities in order to insure they see our mailers.My methodology so far has been to go county by county, identify all self storage facilities on Google Maps (double-checking with our database to make sure I don't miss any not on Google,) and entering the addresses into a tax parcel GIS unique to the county.

We can not discriminate against young children, section 8 and if you accept other government agency funding (RAFT, Homebase, Local housing) an kids are younger than 6....they will ask for the certificate too.Did you check the state database to see if there is anything on your property?

One thought is you need a database with property use or property type....but that might give you all the individual owners too, not just the park info.You might go to some kind of list seller online and see if they have one.The other thought is some type of industry trade group, but they might just have database of people who are members.Here's one website I found, but that can't be all parks.https://www.mobilehome.net/mob...

If you want to know if a unit has been inspected there is a State database I can check for you for free.

You would then need file for foreclosure.Failing that the most likely scenario is it would go to tax sale.In California the state would file probate as a public administrator from the sheriffs office.
