Hi, I am very interested in investing and  I would like to invest into short term vacation rental in Florida, preferably Kissimmee or Davenport. specifically in the community resorts.I live in NYC and i was wondering if investing  out of state is feasible?

I have yet to receive a single offer despite a couple price drops in the entire six months my house has been on the market.

Preferably the plan would be to pay the heloc off on the back end when we refi out of the construction loan or sell the property later once build is completed.
