@Andrew Postell I don't necessarily agree.

Tenants are eager to get an eviction off their record and landlords are allowed to agree to having an eviction recategorized as settled.

So I agreed to let him and my contractor go view it for me and after looking at it they both agreed I should make an offer so I did and I ended up getting it.

Agree with @Erik Estrada - its going to be a little small for a lot of hard money lenders but could still definitely work, especially if you have that solid track record.

People are becoming millionaires investing in Minneapolis.I totally agree with this view, in fact as Investor I would rather avoid investing in best market but invest where there're not too many competition, that's the kind of success recipet I've ever seen.
