There is no set it stone rule for how often to shop around for insurance.

Owner has a set time period to pay the back taxes that you paid back in full or they lose the property.

I'm considering self-management and I'm in the process of setting up systems for it.

Maybe we can set up a time to meet so we can see if can work together if possible.

Their entire operation should be set up to get things done fast. 

As of now we have a date set for them to come do the $13k of work but we have till March 19 before we need a down payment and commit to the work.
