They've hosted nothing BUT past guests who are doing 200/deals a year because they've set up the system.

I'm the host who reviews that troublesome guest because I'm the same host who finds it annoying when any previous host didn't want to review that guest.

Appraisal came in very low on my first listing, doing repairs for another seller that was broke and in the hospital for months, being cussed out hundreds of times during cold calls, hosting open houses that no one shows up to, etc.

Host fees seem high, insurance low, electricity low,  cable/satellite missing and needed unless your a $100/night place, repairs and upkeep low.
