Hello,I just got a home under contract and am looking for a general contract with previous experience.I am looking to do a light-medium rehab, this includes: New laminte flooring, kitchen cabinets, upgrade to tile bathrooms, new can ceiling lights and fans, new paint on interior and possibly exterior. new countertops.

Another option is you could do just a light rehab (paint walls, paint or just new doors on kitchen cabinets, new light fixtures, etc.).

The property was fairly turnkey but I am doing the normal stuff, repainting everything (walls, trim, cabinets, doors), new doorhandles, possibly replacing carpets in a couple rooms with lpv, light fixtures etc.

So - 1) nice cabinets (not custom made, but Lowes Diamond brand or similar). 2) Nice counters, quartz, not granite. 3) Step up a notch in brand recognition for the appliances, maybe LG or Bosch or whatever is considered 'cool' in your area?

Once segregated, you can take accelerated depreciation on the driveway, parking lot. appliances, cabinets and such.
