First Rehab Duplex Househack

Hey yall!

I am currently moving into my side of my first duplex househack. The property was fairly turnkey but I am doing the normal stuff, repainting everything (walls, trim, cabinets, doors), new doorhandles, possibly replacing carpets in a couple rooms with lpv, light fixtures etc. Nothing major.

Does anyone have good excel sheets for accounting and tracking spending on small rehabs like this that they would like to share?

I am making one but figured I would ask. Also open to any tips or tricks from anyone!
