I used very few filters, so adding more filters can get you closer to what you intend to own.I will say that I like to be more generic in my comparisons.

I use google calender for my personal stuff and I want to have my RE tasks separate so I dont have to filter.

Changing filters, checking on the tenants anything like that.

Using general filter isn't good enough, you need to learn the neighborhoods and even streets if you can so you know what you're bidding on.
