There are wholesalers that attend the seacoast REI group.  

When we help a investor find a property we work many hours before ever talking to our investors about a property, we are spending hours each day finding deals, writing up offers, counter offers, contingencies, attending inspections, showing properties, speaking with listing agents, loan officers, etc.We steer them to properties that will make money and stand behind our choice as their pm if they choose.

I have no idea about the Connecticut market, but there are undoubtedly some local investor meet ups in your area that would be beneficial to attend. 

Unfortunately I was busy with a property I have under contract to attend but I do want to get into wholesaling here.

I've also attended some local REI meetings that have been very helpful.

I've joined a few of those meetups, but haven't yet attended.

Attend REIA meetings and talk to other investors. 

Stay on top of it and attend the council meetings to get it rejected.As for the inspections that is not a major deal and the cost, as with all costs, should be passed along to tenants through higher rents.

In San Diego there are so many different groups to attend.
