Do you stage your houses?

We are nearing the finishing stage, I'd say around the 85% stage. 

I am relatively new to the Philly area as well (less than a year) and I am at the stage of getting a better understanding of the different neighborhoods and the overall real estate market here.  

The company that produces the content also has an app for tracking expenses like some apps mentioned earlier.Anyway, I hope that you take the advice that has been given in this thread to help you start out on this new financial stage of your life.

I'm identfying the baby boomers (sellers) who are withdrawing from the workforce and new people (buyers) who are at the infant stage of their careers in higher education.

I am in the beginning stages of learning about real estate investing and educating myself.

.- I narrowed my search to 15 properties that performed well on paper - I booked 2 days with the real estate agent (who I've been in contact with for the last 2 months) and he arranged viewings for 12 out of 15 of the properties- I booked a hotel and drove out there and we walked through every unit of every property.

I am the owner of a Property Styling and Home Staging business and want to start expanding my services into this area.

The tenant will either make arrangements to be home or not.
