You are experiencing what many fall victim to in the DSCR world when certain loan officers or banks try and broker DSCR loans when they are not well versed.A DSCR loan has to be underwritten up front by the Banker or Loan officer and many fail to run the numbers correctly or at all.

Because of that they’re in their early 20’s with scores in the 750’s (mine are all above 800)..

It is all about short stay for business, professional and health care stays.Also, make sure you have a real live lease for any stay over 30 days.

But rather than take my advice you may want to speak to @Ray Hage out of Florida, I know he finds properties of all types and runs a successful REI business out of the sunshine state. 

Also the next property I would be looking for would be a turnkey multi family if all goes well

And maybe look at doing a consolidation exchange to use all of that equity to  buy something larger where you can start to get economies of scale.

My question is, should I wait until end of next year to invest, assuming capital and all is aligned by early 2025, or invest in property while simultaneously paying my own rent elsewhere?
