What was the "standard" guidance these programs offered for reserve funds?

I am switching over to Cozy.co right now, and lease end dates are part of their program as well, and like @Evan Polaski said above, I also keep the dates in my calendar on my phone.We review all the properties over the winter to see what we are making per door, and what our competitors are charging for comparable units so we know what we need to do with rents. 

The paycheck program is max 2.5x monthly payroll costs 1 year average. 500 employees or less.

There’s programs where you can call FSBOs and Expireds and they have been weeded out of the DNC list.

I work full time for a company but they decided to put me on Shared work program to reduce 50% hour cut.

I am also working on completing my GRI(Graduate Realtor Institute) Designation, RENE(Real Estate Negotiation Expert) Certification, and the NAR program called C2EX(Commitment To Excellence) as well...
