Look on Youtube and you will see the method for cutting out the damaged plank and replacing it using a double stick tape for the edges you remove the locking system.

You/your VAs may only have 1 shot at it so I'd recommend cold callers engage in role-play sessions regularly to practice objections and aim to boost conversion rates each month.All forms of prospecting (mail, email, call) should have the same call-to-action (i.e. website visit, meeting/phone call scheduling link, etc.).All the best to you on your journey!
