Even easier cosmetic flips where I do a lot of the work have been north of $25/SF.

They do a lot of business on the north side and can help shorten your learning curve significantly.

Ive bought and sold a condo in the Blacklick area several years ago, Bought and sold (Wanted to hold this one) in Whitehall and now we are gearing up to head into hilltop area and north linden area.  

If you don’t mind getting closer to Fitzsimons, I’d look into the North Aurora area.

I am being mentored by a local agent who owns approximately 30 properties in the area, this property in on the north side of town which is known to be a higher rent area but comps are tough to come by....the figure that i used for rent came from him but I will do more research before making an offer on this property.  

Would there be a demand for a STR in your neighborhood just North of the Navarre bridge across Navarre Pkwy if you were to buy another house there?

And if you’re a Firebird guy deep at heart, you’ve most likely seen this car. ... although if you were north of the 49th I would be more confident on that last part.
