Keep in mind we do not close until the end of March so they are burning through this as we speak.

Also, I would avoid a single fam on the same block as subsidized housing but generally speaking, in Boston, buyers and renters are used to dealing with parking issues, neighborhood diversity and train/subway tracks.

You should absolutely discuss what should happen if you get into a fight and end up not speaking to each other - stranger things have happened no matter how long you have known them.It sounds like this would be a short-term living arrangement, and you would each own the half you started out with.

Generally speaking, your best ROI comes from new paint, curb appeal landscape, garage door, etc) upgraded bathrooms, upgraded kitchens, upgraded flooring.
