People buying the personal houses will sometimes send a letter, hoping to tug the heart strings of the seller.The real estate agent will point out the flaw in your request....the "buyers" you will solicit, likely already know about this property since it has been on the MLS.

I collected rents the old fashion way, the brought checks/cash/money orders to the office or mailed or they were picked up by someone for me.The ATM card seems fine, except that there is a partial payment/eviction issue, by the time you get in front of a judge if they are a couple hundred bucks behind the judges here find more heart for the tenant, especially the first try.A caution, your account number isn't hard to get, it's out there.
