If you can't do this, hire a photographer who can (you can find photographers specializing in real estate on CL or through your network).

Outside of the normal terms of a lease agreement, is there anything that the veteran landlords of BP recommend adding?

Yup came back good and he is in the military (I know that doesn't always explain things but I am a veteran and know that worse comes to worse I can go to his command if necessary) 

So I am trying to find ways to help them and do some communities for homeless veterans because I have been there too.
