Banks don't want anything to do with your creative financing, but credit card companies--- if you play by their rules (always pay on time,  pay at least min) will, they don't care if you're buying a house or a new TV.

Thats saying since tv repair shops lost market share then all repair shops will also fail, there is simply 0 logical sense or data behind it. 

I don’t count that time because if I wasn’t looking at deals, I would just be watching tv which is a negative dollar amount.

Most often than not, the advice the financial gurus we see on TV give - sometimes don't work.

They will learn and maybe use that knowledge to excel.The difference is everyone and their mother wasn't trying to become a wholesaler in 1970 and every 3rd show on TV wasn't about flipping houses.All the internet has done is given them just enough rope to hang themselves. 

You can find TV shows from 2007 of financial experts mocking Peter Schiff for saying housing was going to crash.

Do not believe on most that you hear on TV and the Internet. 

Cable TV is easier.

I don't even want to imagine what kind of drama would arise when the absent tenant returns to find someone that they simply don't gel with sitting on their couch watching TV lol.
