Some may be brilliant, some not so much.There are a lot of moving parts on this runaway freight train of wholesaling, no one teaching it or it appears even doing it is aware of the engineering involved, much less attempting to explain all the parts.Getting a license isn't a cure for wholesaling, the license presents other legal and ethical issues that a non-licensee is not exposed to.
