It is a GREAT program and the people really care about teaching you ethics/values and getting you ready.  

Or giving back maybe couching someone and teaching/ mentoring them to get to were you are.

Granted the second one is describing a rehabbed house, but the tone, style and grammar is substantially better.  

I'd be extremely doubtful that he would be able to teach you anything that has not been discussed on BP.

Often a manufacturer will end a style or color, and you wont be able to find it in the future.

Some may be brilliant, some not so much.There are a lot of moving parts on this runaway freight train of wholesaling, no one teaching it or it appears even doing it is aware of the engineering involved, much less attempting to explain all the parts.Getting a license isn't a cure for wholesaling, the license presents other legal and ethical issues that a non-licensee is not exposed to.
