Maybe the jobs are designed to further manage, regulate and control the american public, christians, gun owners, returning veterans, and anyone with opposing views towards this current administration.I'm sure the coming cyber czar will be monitoring this type of chatter.My question is ....how long will we be free to have these type of discussions online.

I look forward to the results of your research.Remember people like doing business with people they like and trust.Treating tenants with respect and like the gold they are is a given.Doing something special for a tenant will provide long term goodwill.Some of my favorite tenant incentives include;Providing onsite or local daycare through the local churchFree pizza coupons given to the parents the day before their birthdayTenant BBQcar wash couponSundaes on SundayChoice of incentives for lease renewal the items designed to improve the unit value such as ceiling fan, painting of a room, new high efficiency shower head etc.As you can see some of these benefit the local business community which works both ways when advertising for a vacancy.
