Most really successful investors I know were in the trades and/or real estate sales and are self educated and millionaires a few times over.

To be successful in real estate, you only need to know 1 or 2 zip codes in Columbus or another city in GA and you will be set.

It is apparently quite easy for unethical syndicators to "manipulate" reported results (for a given period of time) to make it appear as if they have had nothing but success (Bernie Maddoff).  

I gain occupancy at the end of the month, and looking to begin on some of these projects then.I am a newborn when it comes to the real estate world, but I am trying to retain all the knowledge possible to become successful in this space - building a team, what type of real estate to enter, loan buying options and experience, location location location, you name it.

This really helps me build the back up plans as I enter negotiations and try to make this transaction beneficial for both sides.
