Keep plugging away, use your social media, and remember it's all marketing, which people often confuse for advertising.

Do not use the cloud version but have Dropbox to store the backup files. 

If they came from a big box store then there might be a sticker somewhere with a name or number on it.

Essentially  currently they are a facade and I am the store.

Social media, craighslist, signs,network, ads, online ads, newspaper ads, direct mail..etc etc etc.......To be a successful wholesaler your gonna need a marketing budget for at least 6+ months or dont even waste your time.

I could have made a killing and they could have stored their belongings in the garage.
