Does anyone have recommendations on a good property management and bookkeeping software for rentals? I have just recently bought a 10 unit apartment.

@Sendhil Subramanian - I'd steer clear of Quickbooks, it's not designed for property management whatsoever.  Think about the biggest asset to your investment, and that's going to be good paying tenants who take good care of your property.  You want to be able to supply them with online access to their account (not available in QB), ACH payments (not in QB), and hopefully you are screening your tenants (not in QB).  There is software designed specifically for landlords that is going to be miles better than QB.  I use Rentec Direct myself, but any of the property management specific accounting platforms are going to be better for you than QB.
