If you are house hacking to have someone else pay your mortgage what would be the point of a separate account if you are just going to switch it over to your checking or directly into your mortgage. 

I checked out weekendmillionaire dot com as someone suggested but they only hold their chats once a month.

This will give you a good idea of the supply and demand as well as the standards in your area.

Check your local and state regulations regarding this business model.  

We checked out Blue Ridge, GA this week & loved the area but the numbers don’t seem to work at these rates.

What I would do is do a search online or check with a local realtor or buiness broker to find a property in your area.
