Ag  is a big driver of that economy and there some major  shifts  coming down the road .

I think there used to be a bank on the bottom floor of that building. the traffic on that road can be heavy during rush hour. 

Do not fall into the listening to tenants excuses trap or that they will pay rent it in a week, you will only be kicking yourself for lost income down the road. 

On a recent road trip, you kept me company with about 15 hours of podcasts & educational videos.

It’s seem like they are building new structures all over the main road.

I eventually plan to get more places down the road when my business becomes more successful and I am in a better place and am excited to learn about all this and want the best chance to get it right the first time.

you guys are lucky,, out our way if they are older than a certain age your not allowed to move them on the roads you have to bunch them up and haul them away in a dumpster.

Worst case scenario...take the 100% match and then take a hardship withdrawal down the road and pay the 10% penalty.
