How should I have my renters pay their rent? My portfolio has grown and I am wondering if there is a better way to have them pay rent other than giving out my bank account number. Thank you.

Where it gets dicey is the upsell. 

You may be thinking of the FHA rehab loan, where you can wrap renovation costs of up to 110% of the purchase price into the loan. 

I am wondering if it is a good idea to invest in one of these foreclosed homes or old single families. the prices there are actually extremely cheap compared to where I live in new jersey. my overall plan is to own multiple rental properties.
