I don't know if this means that if they detect you have an Airbnb or other platform listing that this could mean you don't qualify for the Premier Partner or not.I'm also not sure if Premier partner does anything to your search placement.

If you qualify for down payment assistance, there's a chance you can essentially purchase a property with no money out of pocket and not have to pay any costs out of pocket as your tenants will cover your expenses (if everything goes to plan of course).

@Mikky Chanthavong - it depends, apartments with 4 units or less is residential and loans are made to a person using your income and the rents to qualify. 

They can use 25% of the rents to help you qualify, the rest will depend on your DTI ratiosYou can't just use equity in another property for the down payment, you can pull equity out via a loan or line of credit but just because you have value in that property doesn't mean you can use it to buy another
