Hi,We're purchasing our first property to turn into an AirBNB and were wondering if anyone new of a good resource / checklist of all the things we'll need to buy for it, from setting up WIFI to can-openers. 

Obviously if you can make the deal even better with a certain type of loan you would take advantage of it.Jeff Wagner and Phillip Morris with One Trust Home Loans are excellent resources here in Houston.  

My main contractor doesn't have the resources to complete both projects at the same time.

Apartments.com is also a great resource in my opinion to analyze rents and get a feel for a market.

Does anyone have knowledge of the situation or resources to steer us in the right direction?

The Cole Memo from 2011 indicates that regardless of local laws, the Feds may enforce Federal law but the Cole Memo also outlines the Feds resources are limited and indicates they should be directed towards "illegal" activities that fund organized crime.
