But I provide a service to my clients of keeping an eye on things for them such as making sure the property manager is doing their job, that the construction they paid for is getting done and done right (I have been doing construction myself since I was a kid and learned from quality craftsman), that they are buying the right investment for the right price, etc.I hope this helps all of you as I am sick and tired of seeing people get scammed or unhappy because they purchased the wrong investment.

If you have or want to start with financing get a pre-approved loan letter that states how soon they can close and your maximum amount you can borrow from them.Know the market you select well and it's best locations.  

Check out the zoning & permit ordinances of tiny homes & see if you can build one or buy a pre-made modular for your backyard.

@Mat Deveaney - I took a look at the posting but didn't see any information on income of the units, what utilities are paid by the owner, etc.  

My insurance carrier decided it was necessary to replace it and paid for that replacement.
