The GF would have to think about either going to court and dealing with her portion of the lease agreement for breach of contract, or she could go to mediation and work it all out.

In case of residential real estate, it is 27.5 years.While this is not intuitive, the 27.5 years starts at your purchase - has nothing to do with the age of the property, and is based on the depreciating portion of the purchase price, which excludes the land.

They also don't tell you until after you request your first rehab draw that they will only release funds AFTER the portion that you are requesting is complete...this means that either you or your contractor is responsible to float the project until the funds are dispersed.
